Personal Effectiveness
Course Overview
This module on Personal Effectiveness focuses on the development of the life skills of the individual so as to make an effective Supervisor and team leader. It focuses on self-knowledge, self development and maintaining a balance between work and personal responsibilities. It also addresses techniques to effectively manage work priorities as well as the fundamentals of personal motivation in the light of organisational requirements.

The goal of this module is to equip you with knowledge and application skills to:
- Establish personal goals and relate them to organisational goals
- Manage time effectively
- Maintain work-life harmony
- Manage personal finances

Training Methodology
Experiential methods of learning will be applied to enable participants to learn and practice the concepts and skills taught during the programme: Mini-lecture, Activities, Role Plays, Group Discussions, Exercises, Presentation, and Written Assessment.
